Payouts
Payouts move a merchant's balance to their bank. You can list them, and ask for one; Inkress reviews every request.
List payouts
GET /api/v1/financial_requests returns the merchant's payout requests, newest first with order=id desc. Apps need payouts:read.

5 | Paying out failed; Inkress fixes it and approves again |
Ask for a payout
POST /api/v1/financial_requests with total and type 1, and kind standard or early. The request starts pending; Inkress approves or rejects it. Apps need payouts:create, and an app can't approve its own request.
A business can't ask for a payout until it has finished identity checks, and the amount can't be more than its balance.
Payout limits grow with the merchant's verification level.
