Build an app every Inkress merchant can install.

Merchants add your app from their dashboard and approve what it can see and do. You get a token for each merchant, webhooks for their events, and a place inside their dashboard if you want one.

From idea to installed

Create the app

Name, redirect URLs and the scopes you need, each with a reason. You get a client ID and secret.

The merchant approves

They see what you ask for in plain words, like "See your orders", and choose Allow.

Act for them

Swap the code for that merchant's token. Calls outside what they approved return 403.

Get listed

After review, merchants find your app in the Inkress app directory and install it from there.

Live inside their dashboard

  • Embedded with app-bridge@inkress/app-bridge runs your app in the merchant's dashboard with their identity and Inkress's own buttons and dialogs.
  • A kit for React Router@inkress/app-kit handles the session, OAuth, an authenticated SDK in loaders, and webhooks.

Merchants stay in control
